What it is

A precise definition before we sell you anything.

Private 5G and LTE replaces Wi-Fi for facilities that have outgrown shared-medium connectivity — large footprints, mobile assets, RF-hostile environments, or operations that can't tolerate the variability of a contended channel. We design end-to-end: spectrum strategy, RF model, core architecture, SIM lifecycle, and integration with existing enterprise networks.

When you need it
  • Wi-Fi is hitting density or roaming limits on the floor
  • AGVs, AMRs, or other mission-critical mobile assets need deterministic uplink
  • You're losing visibility on assets the moment they leave the dock door
  • Your facility is large enough that Wi-Fi AP count is becoming a maintenance liability
  • You need carrier-grade authentication and segmentation without buying a carrier service
Methodology

How we run the engagement.

STEP 01

Operations & workload discovery

We start with the work the network has to support, not the radios. Asset inventory, mobility patterns, latency budgets, and failure modes feed the design before we look at a single SKU.

STEP 02

Spectrum strategy

CBRS GAA, PAL, or licensed-band leasing — we model the right path based on facility size, neighbor risk, and density requirements. We coordinate with the SAS if needed.

STEP 03

Predictive + measured RF

We build a propagation model, then walk the site with calibrated measurement gear to true it up. The two-pass approach catches what predictive alone always misses.

STEP 04

Core & integration design

Standalone, hybrid, or anchored to an existing enterprise core. We document the integration with your IdP, IPAM, and switching fabric before procurement.

STEP 05

Vendor-neutral procurement

We write specs that multiple radio and core vendors can bid against. You see the actual deltas. We don't take a margin on the gear.

STEP 06

Acceptance & validation

We run the acceptance walk against the design KPIs, not the vendor's. You get a signed validation report you can hold the integrator to.
